No — WhatsApp message costs (charged by Meta) are separate and billed from your wallet balance at official Meta rates. Your wallet auto-recharges when it runs low (you set the threshold).

What happens when I hit my contact or campaign limit?

You'll get a warning at 80% usage. You can purchase add-ons (e.g., extra 10,000 contacts for ₹499/mo) without upgrading your plan, or upgrade your plan for a full limit increase.

Can I add more agents without upgrading my plan?

Yes. Extra agents are ₹499/agent/month on any plan (unlimited add-ons allowed).

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — unused wallet balance is refundable at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated — you pay only for the remaining days at the new plan rate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
