Your Right to Delete Your Data
At BetaXLab LLP, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of all personal information we hold about you at any time — whether collected through our website, WhatsApp Business API integrations, CRM connections, or any other service we provide.
This page is also provided to comply with Meta Platform requirements for apps and integrations that access user data via the WhatsApp Business API or Meta Business Suite.
What Data We Delete
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete:
- Your account information (name, email, phone number, password)
- Your business profile and settings
- Contact lists and CRM data you uploaded to our platform
- WhatsApp message metadata and conversation logs stored on our servers
- Campaign history and analytics data linked to your account
- Support tickets and communication records
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Please note: Certain data may be retained where required by Indian law — for example, GST invoices and billing records are retained for 8 years under the Income Tax Act, 1961. We will inform you of any such exceptions when processing your request.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your data, send an email to us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following details so we can locate and delete your records:
- Your full name
- Email address registered with BetaXLab
- Any additional details to help us identify your data (e.g., company name)
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
- Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and protects your data from unauthorized deletion
- Deletion: We will complete deletion of your personal data within 30 days of receiving a verified request
- Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete, along with details of any data retained for legal obligations
Meta & WhatsApp Data
If you connected your Meta Business Account or WhatsApp Business Account to our platform, please note:
- Disconnecting your account from our platform will immediately revoke our access to your Meta data going forward
- Any data processed directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and must be managed through your Meta account settings
- BetaXLab LLP can only delete data stored on our own servers and systems
